Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando is seeking an RMS Physical Security Operations Center Lead to supervise contracted security staff and oversee the new consolidated SOC, driving standards for physical security and incident response around the site.

You will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage multi‑million‑dollar contracts, implement security technologies, ensure UL/NISPOM compliance, and report outcomes across time zones. This is an on-site leadership role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Operational security background with SOC experience and audits.
• Ability to articulate and present risk-based security recommendations.
• Experience integrating physical security systems across large facilities.

Responsibilities

• SOC supervision, staffing, and coordinating alarm/incident response.
• Oversee video-management, access-control, and intrusion-detection systems.
• Manage procurement, vendor performance, and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with UL, 32 CFR Part 117, and other standards.
• Act as advisor linking Security, Facilities, and Operations across sites.
