Qualifications

• 2+ years in Investment Operations or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills with lookups and pivot tables; VBA a plus.
• Experience with automation and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with collateral management and margin operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ownership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily collateral and margin activity across derivatives, financing, and prime brokerage.
• Monitor collateral positions and resolve breaks.
• Process and reconcile daily cash movements.
• Maintain collateral reference data and controls.
• Support lifecycle management of derivatives and financing transactions.
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements.
• Leverage Alteryx, Python, SQL, and Power BI to improve data quality.
• Coordinate with offshore/third-party resources to meet deliverables.
• Act as point of contact for counterparties and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to broader Operations projects across Credit and Real Estate.
