Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 2 years minimum Investment Operations experience.
• Strong Excel skills with lookups, pivots, and macros.
• Experience with collateral management or related systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily margin movements for derivatives, repos, and prime brokerage.
• Maintain collateral management system to meet control policies.
• Book cash movements and ensure excess exposure is returned to funds.
• Set up and maintain collateral reference data.
• Reconcile cash collateral positions daily and investigate breaks.
• Oversee offshore collateral team to meet processing deliverables.
• Interface with counterparties and maintain key relationships.
• Test and implement system enhancements for cash and collateral.
• Automate manual processes using AI/workflow tools (e.g., Alteryx).
• Analyze data and operational risk; build controls to mitigate risk.
• Support regulatory reporting metrics (e.g., UMR) and onboarding ISDA funds.
