The firm is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join its New York Investment Operations team as an Analyst, supporting the firm's Credit and Real Estate strategies. This person will work within a small team responsible for daily collateral management and credit derivatives support within the wider Operations group. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills, demonstrate initiative, and excel both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. This role requires commitment to identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements, with opportunities to contribute to larger strategic initiatives beyond daily responsibilities.
