Job summary

Trustmark is seeking a dedicated individual to perform duties related to collateral documentation, ensuring perfection of lien positions on consumer and commercial loans. You will process and maintain records for various loan documentation tasks while assisting co-workers as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with at least three years of relevant experience in financial institutions or legal firms. High school graduation is essential, with some college preferred.

Qualifications

• Three to four years of contractual documentation experience in financial or legal sectors.
• General knowledge of loan collateral documentation and lien release requirements.
• Overall banking knowledge with emphasis on loan operations.

Responsibilities

• Process UCC and Deed of Trust/Mortgages at state/county levels.
• Prepare payments for filing fees and services rendered by attorneys and appraisers.
• Maintain log and mail documents to customers when loans pay off.
• Process automobile applications and handle requests for insurance letters.
