The role encompasses processing UCC and deed of trust/mortgages at state and county levels, preparing payments, and maintaining documentation logs.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, some college education, and 3-4 years of experience in contractual documentation in a banking or legal environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Three to four years of contractual documentation experience in banks, credit unions, or legal firms.
• General knowledge of loan collateral documentation and lien release requirements.
• Overall banking knowledge with emphasis on loan operations.

Responsibilities

• Process UCC and Deed of Trust/Mortgages to be recorded at state/county levels.
• Prepare payments for filing fees and deposits related to loans.
• Maintain log and mail documents via certified mail for paid-off loans.
• Process automobile applications at state/county levels.
