Qualifications

• Three to four years of contractual documentation experience within businesses.
• General knowledge of loan collateral documentation and lien release requirements.
• Overall banking knowledge with emphasis on loan operations.

Responsibilities

• Process UCC and Deed of Trust/Mortgages for recording, continued, or released.
• Prepare payments for filing fees and deposit checks.
• Maintain log and mail documents via certified mail.
• Process automobile applications at state/county levels.
• Rotate in the Collateral Vault to file documentation in collateral files.
• Assist co-workers with daily work as needed.
