Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Collateral Insurance Administrator II who will support ongoing management of insurance requirements for loan portfolios. You will review collateral, determine insurance needs, monitor compliance, process renewals, and coordinate lender-placed insurance when coverage gaps exist.

You will collaborate with internal partners, borrowers, brokers, and vendors to ensure collateral remains protected and compliant with Bank and regulatory

Qualifications

• Two years in Real Estate Lending Operations or Property and Casualty Insurance industries.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze insurance and loan documents.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills in a high-volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to research issues.

Responsibilities

• Review collateral records and loan documentation to determine insurance requirements.
• Monitor insurance coverage for portfolios to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review policies, renewals, certificates, and documentation for adequacy of coverage.
• Identify insurance deficiencies and communicate corrective actions to borrowers and agents.
• Generate and issue insurance notifications, renewal requests, and deficiency letters.
• Manage renewal tracking and follow-up to ensure acceptable coverage.
• Coordinate lender-placed insurance (LPI) placement, maintenance, and cancellation.
• Update insurance information within systems of record and perform quality reviews.
