Job summary

Coosa Valley Credit Union is seeking a Collateral Specialist to manage and maintain collateral documentation for consumer and commercial loans. You will ensure proper documentation, perfected liens, and timely releases in line with policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include reviewing loan files, processing titles and UCC filings, tracking collateral, and supporting audits. Join a team dedicated to serving members and upholding strong compliance and risk practices.

Qualifications

• Review loan documentation to ensure collateral requirements are complete, accurate and compliant.
• Explain and verify lien, title, and collateral documentation.
• Ensure records are maintained in accordance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review loan files for complete collateral requirements.
• Process and maintain vehicle titles, liens, UCC filings, and mortgages.
• Verify lien placement and ensure security interest perfection.
• Prepare lien releases and paid-off documentation.
