Selene Finance LP is seeking a dedicated Mortgage Servicing Collections Associate to join our Dallas team. You will manage an assigned loan portfolio, perform skip tracing, dialer maintenance, and outbound outreach to collect payments while delivering exceptional customer service.

Educating borrowers on hardship options, documenting outcomes, and discussing repayment plans will be key. You will maintain compliant records, meet performance goals, and help reduce delinquency in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Understanding of borrower delinquency, payment resolution, and customer service best practices.
• Ability to discuss sensitive financial situations with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including explaining account status, payment expectations, and next steps.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven call center environment.
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation of borrower interactions and commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection activities for an assigned loan portfolio, including skip tracing, dialer maintenance, and outbound outreach.
• Handle inbound and outbound borrower calls to collect payments and provide customer service.
• Secure payments and Promise-to-Pay commitments while reducing delinquency and account risk.
• Communicate delinquency status and investor requirements to drive resolution.
• Conduct borrower financial assessments to evaluate hardships and determine solutions.
• Recommend and discuss repayment plans, forbearance options, and other workout solutions.
