Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years of loan servicing experience in banking or a related industry.
• Advanced research, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; able to handle high volumes of work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare collateral releases, amendments, and terminations for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct second reviews of collateral actions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in managing workflow for the collateral team.
• Participate in projects within the Collateral Team and collaborate across functions.
• Maintain original loan files and monitor UCC filings throughout loan lifecycles.
• Review tax delinquency reports and respond to subpoenas with proper backup.
• Certify cash collateral, stocks, and bonds for loans secured by collateral.
• Archive paid-off loan files and support audits with timely documentation.
