Job summary

Truist in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a detail-oriented data professional to support data integration and reporting across ERP and finance and risk data platforms. The role emphasizes data analysis, validation, and clear reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency.

You will translate business requirements into technical specs for technology teams, collaborating with Lines of Business on data mapping, with strong SQL and warehouse concepts as core strengths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of finance data and risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute complex reports, analyses, data, system-related, or operational tasks in accordance with departmental processes and controls.
• Investigate and research unexplained variations in reports, data, systems, etc. Explain results of reports and research to department management and other stakeholders.
• Develop and administer controls to ensure the integrity of departmental process. Evaluate and recommend improvements to departmental processes.
• Assist with development of departmental documentation, particularly for highly complex and technical activities.
• Serve as a consultative resource on risk reporting, data, system, or related issues. Engage with stakeholders to identify business objectives and scope solution requirements.
• Lead moderate projects with heightened risks, complexity, and resource requirements; play significant roles in larger initiatives.
• Mentor less experienced teammates to build their own technical expertise.
