Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH seeks a detail-oriented finance professional to support Relationship Managers and Underwriting by identifying exception items in collateral tracking and ensuring invoices and documentation are correctly processed. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and adherence to policy in a fast-paced finance environment.

Responsibilities include updating inventory and accounts data, managing collections, and coordinating with clients.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting related preferred.
• 2 years of experience in banking/finance/accounting environment.
• Strong communication skills preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented mindset preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Interpersonal communications preferred.
• Knowledge of loans and collateral management preferred.
• Finance knowledge preferred.
• SQL programming preferred.
• Accounting knowledge preferred.
• Mortgage loans preferred.
• Accounts payable/receivable preferred.
• Derivatives knowledge preferred.
• Repurchase agreements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure we have signed Schedule of Accounts for invoices offered for sale and assign images and backup documentation.
• Update inventory values as reported by the client and post transfers as directed by management.
• Communicate with customers on past due invoices and manage collections.
• Contact clients regarding Missing Docs, Not Payable to Factor payments, Chargebacks, etc.
• Ongoing training to stay informed of credit policy and procedures.
• Advise Relationship Managers/Executives of deviations from SOPs.
• Create client folders and ensure documents are in proper order before imaging.
