Job summary

Paychex is seeking a leader to develop, train and guide a team of Collateral Risk Analysts, overseeing Billing and Collateral aging audits with a focus on delivering accurate results and strong client service.

The role emphasizes risk mitigation across credit, billing, cash collections and factoring, along with policy development and process improvements to reduce losses and improve client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5 years of experience in banking/finance/accounting with emphasis on commercial credit.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage day-to-day workflow of Billing and Collateral aging audit teams.
• Provide excellent client service and implement process improvements to minimize exceptions.
• Perform quarterly reviews for direct reports and develop department policies for risk mitigation.
