Job summary

Paychex, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance/Accounts role to support relationship managers and underwriting. You will ensure invoice schedules, validate documents, manage inventory values, and assist with collections while adhering to credit policy.

The position involves collaboration with clients and internal teams to tailor growth capital solutions. The role requires strong Excel skills, banking/finance experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting related preferred.
• 2 years of experience in banking/finance/accounting environment preferred.
• Strong communication and management skills preferred.
• Detail oriented with good Excel skills preferred.
• Knowledge of loans, collateral management, finance and accounting preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL and mortgage/derivatives concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure signed Schedule of Accounts for invoices offered for sale and assign images/backups.
• Validate invoices billed by client with correct assignment on security documents.
• Update inventory values and calculate Net Funds Employed values for inventory availability.
• Communicate with customers on past due invoices and manage collections.
• Contact clients regarding Missing Docs, NPTF payments, Chargebacks, etc.
• Participate in ongoing training on credit policy and procedures.
• Advise Relationship Managers of deviations from standard procedures.
• Create client folders and ensure documents are in proper order before imaging.
