Bricolage Academy, a community-focused public charter school in New Orleans, seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support students from Pre-K through 8th grade. The OT will conduct evaluations, develop IEP-based goals, and deliver direct and consultative services to address sensory, motor, and self-regulation needs within the school day.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in Louisiana.
• NBCOT certification widely recognized for OT practice.
• Strong interpersonal collaboration with teachers, families, and staff.

Responsabilités

• Conduct screeners and evaluations of students referred for OT services.
• Develop individualized OT goals and service plans as part of IEP process.
• Provide direct, group, and consultative OT services to students Pre-K–8.
• Address fine motor, sensory integration, visual-motor, and self-regulation challenges.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and other staff to implement strategies in general education.
