Pinnacle Clinical Research- A Summit Solution is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage day-to-day trial operations, recruit participants, document activities, and ensure regulatory compliance. Strong communication and organization are essential as you collaborate with sponsors and vendors to meet study goals.

The ideal candidate will multitask effectively, maintain confidentiality, and communicate in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Assistant or Coordinator.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific area of study preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Must have strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Must complete GCP training before interacting with participants and recertify every 2 years or as applicable.
• Trained and certified in Fibroscan and memory screens as required by the study portfolio.
• Must have basic life support (BLS) training, provided during onboarding.
• Proficient in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen study participants per protocol.
• Document and report daily trial activities.
• Maintain participant privacy and data confidentiality.
• Coordinate study-related visits and assessments.
• Collaborate with sponsors and vendors.
• Track enrollment and status reports.
• Prepare memos, emails, and study reports.
• Ensure regulatory documents are current.
