Responsibilities

• Review medical records prior to initial evaluation to familiarize with the patient's history and perform a thorough assessment.
• Assess patients for behavioral health disorders and substance use spectrum.
• Utilize brief treatment approaches (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Problem-Solving Therapy, Supportive Therapy, Behavioral Activation, Psycho-Education).
• Collaborate with primary care teams to design behavioral health treatment plans.
