Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services required.
• Licensed at Independent level (LICSW, LMHC, or Psychologist in MA) required.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Collaborative Care or Integrated Behavioral Health essential.
• Computer literacy in Windows, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Behavioral Health Clinicians and trainees.
• Support care managers in Collaborative Care competencies.
• Ensure timely, compliant clinical documentation and patient registry management.
• Provide direct behavioral health services and risk assessment.
• Participate in systematic case reviews with care team to support outcomes.
• Monitor staff productivity and coaching for quality care delivery.
