Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Collaboration Services Engineer to design, deploy, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms, conference-room AV, and digital signage across our enterprise.

In this hybrid onsite role, you will collaborate with IT, security, facilities, and external partners to deliver reliable meeting experiences and ensure room readiness, governance, and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting collaboration technology.
• Hands-on troubleshooting Teams Rooms and AV peripherals.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day engineering and operational support of Teams Rooms.
• Administer and monitor Teams Rooms and related platforms.
• Coordinate with networking, security, facilities, and partners.
• Provide Level 2/3 support and contribute to incident management.
• Develop runbooks and knowledge articles.
