The role involves administering O365, Active Directory, Exchange, and PowerPlatform, with opportunities to apply AI capabilities for business outcomes.

The position requires in-office presence with some flexibility in Wichita, KS, Plano, TX, Atlanta, GA, or Green Bay, WI. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange.
• Experience working independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in writing knowledge base articles based on resolution paths.

Responsibilities

• Be an active member of a global team that supports O365 products.
• Own administration and support of O365 and PowerPlatform components.
• Apply advanced critical thinking to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive Problem Management through root-cause analysis and process improvement.
• Enable 1st/2nd level support through documentation, troubleshooting and training.
• Create documentation for a global audience including customers and support teams.
• Support customer requests with focus on improving SLAs and satisfaction.
• Escalate critical incidents and outages for products.
• Work as part of a global team providing after-hours support as required.
