Job summary

Koch is seeking a Lead Cloud Identity Engineer to join a global team that manages authentication and identity tools for Koch Industries. The role requires in-office presence in Wichita, KS, Atlanta, GA, or Plano, TX, with flexibility.

You will lead design governance, build and operate enterprise identity services, and drive adoption of secure patterns across platforms. Strong cloud and coding skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience owning identity platforms at scale across SAML, OAuth2/OIDC, SCIM, FIDO2/passkeys, LDAP, Kerberos.
• Hands-on architecture across cloud Identity (Azure, AWS, Google) with cross-cloud federation.
• Proficiency in building infrastructure with Terraform and API integrations with identity services.

Responsibilities

• Define reusable IAM patterns for SSO/federation, authorization, privileged access, and machine identity.
• Lead identity design reviews, approve patterns, and drive adoption across teams.
• Design and implement SAML2, OAuth2/OIDC, WS-Fed, and FIDO2 authentication workflows.
