Job summary

Hall Render, the nation's largest health care-focused law firm, seeks a Software Engineer specializing in SharePoint and Power Platform to join its IT team in Indianapolis. You will design, build, and maintain secure SharePoint Online solutions and automate internal workflows to improve collaboration and productivity.

The role requires 3+ years in SharePoint development, proficiency with SPFx and Power Platform, and the ability to work with stakeholders across the firm in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SharePoint development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with SharePoint Online and SPFx
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in professional services environments

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and dashboards to streamline business processes.
• Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party systems.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for inhouse developed solutions.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with firm policies and legal standards.
• Participate in Git Workflow / Version Control, code reviews, testing, and related deployment processes.
