Job summary

Signify Health, Inc., part of CVS Health®, seeks collaborating physicians (MD/DO) to support clinicians performing In-Home Health Evaluations (IHEs) in South Carolina. Contractors earn a monthly stipend based on oversight of nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants.

To qualify, you must be licensed in and living in South Carolina. Our clinicians provide patient-centered IHEs at home, including medication and medical history reviews and a physical evaluation without prescribing medications

Qualifications

• Must hold a Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) license in good standing in South Carolina.
• Experience performing in-home health evaluations or similar home-visiting medical assessments preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with Signify Health-contracted clinicians and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home health evaluations to health plan members.
• Review medications and medical history during home visits; perform physical exams.
• Do not prescribe medications or order lab tests; avoid altering treatment plans.
• Coordinate with care teams and document assessments for health plans.

We’re hiring collaborating physician (MD/DO) contractorsto support clinicians performing In-Home Health Evaluations (IHEs) in South Carolina. Physician collabs earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants they oversee.

Interested in in-home visits as well?

Our clinicians provide personalized IHEs to health plan members. These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member’s home. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation and do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen.

• Additional compensation opportunities via our pay-per-test model (for visits where the health plan member qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests)
