Job summary

Signify Health, Inc. seeks licensed physicians to perform in-home health evaluations for health plan members. You will oversee Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and physician assistants, with compensation per assessment and potential pay-per-test bonuses.

The role allows a flexible schedule, malpractice coverage during Signify Health tasks, and options for additional earnings in high-need areas. An active MD/DO license is preferred, with NC licensure required to qualify.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in medicine (MD or DO) required.
• MD or DO license preferred.
• Willingness to perform in-home evaluations and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home health evaluations for health plan members.
• Oversee Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
• Do not prescribe medications, order labs, or alter current treatment regimens during evaluations.
• Offer a flexible, self-determined schedule with compensation per assessment.

Physician collabs earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants they oversee.

You must be

licensed in and living in North Carolina

in order to qualify.

Interested in in-home visits as well?

Our clinicians provide personalized In-Home Health Evaluations to health plan members. These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member’s home. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation and do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen.

Flexible schedule based on your preferences and availability

Additional compensation opportunities via our pay-per-test model (for visits where the health plan member qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests)
