Job summary

Signify Health is seeking physicians to join as collaborators, overseeing contracted nurse practitioners and physician assistants in Alabama. This flexible, self-scheduled role offers a monthly stipend based on the number of clinicians you oversee and the in-home visits for health plan members.

You must be licensed in Alabama and residing there. In-home visits involve evaluations and patient history reviews; you will not prescribe medications or alter ongoing regimens.

Qualifications

• Oversee NPs/PAs contracted with Signify Health.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nurse practitioners and physician assistants contracted with Signify Health.
• Conduct in-home health evaluations as needed for plan members.

Physician collabs earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants they oversee.

You must belicensed in and living in Alabamain order to qualify.

Interested in in-home visits as well?

Our clinicians provide personalized In-Home Health Evaluations to health plan members. These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member’s home. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation and do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen.

• Additional compensation opportunities via our pay-per-test model (for visits where the health plan member qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests)
