Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks collaborating physicians (MD/DO) to perform in-home health evaluations in South Carolina. Contractors earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted NPs/PAs they oversee. You must be licensed in and living in South Carolina.

Clinicians provide personalized in-home assessments, reviewing medication history and health status without prescribing or ordering labs. Flexible schedules and pay-per-test enhancements are available.

We’re hiring collaborating physician (MD/DO) contractors

to support clinicians performing In-Home Health Evaluations (IHEs) in South Carolina. Physician collabs earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants they oversee.

To qualify, you must belicensed in and living in South Carolina.

Interested in in-home visits as well?

Our clinicians provide personalized IHEs to health plan members. These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member’s home. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation and do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen.

• Flexible schedule based on your preferences and availability
• Additional compensation opportunities via our pay-per-test model (for visits where the health plan member qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests)
