Job summary

Signify Health, Inc. seeks physicians to collaborate on in-home health evaluations for health plan members. You will oversee Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and physician assistants, perform patient histories and evaluations in homes, and provide a personalized assessment form for each visit.

Experience with geriatrics, internal medicine, primary care, or related specialties is valued. A Doctorate (MD or DO) is required, and malpractice coverage is provided during assignments.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in North Carolina and reside in NC.
• Doctorate degree (MD or DO) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
• Provide in-home health evaluations to health plan members without prescribing medications or ordering labs.
• Offer flexible scheduling and possible additional compensation via pay-per-test opportunities.
• Malpractice coverage provided during Signify Health-related assignments.

Physician collabs earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants they oversee.

You must be

licensed in and living in North Carolina

in order to qualify.

Interested in in-home visits as well?

Our clinicians provide personalized In-Home Health Evaluations to health plan members. These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member’s home. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation and do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen.

Flexible schedule based on your preferences and availability

Additional compensation opportunities via our pay-per-test model (for visits where the health plan member qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests)
