Job summary

Signify Health is seeking physicians to perform in-home health evaluations in Alabama with a flexible schedule, offering autonomy and meaningful patient interaction.

You will review medication histories, perform physical evaluations in members' homes using pre-populated forms, and you will not prescribe medicines or order labs.

There are additional compensation opportunities via pay-per-test for qualifying visits, plus malpractice coverage during Signify Health assignments.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree required.
• AL Medical License preferred.

Looking for a flexible role, to set your own schedule, and the chance to earn more as a collaborating physician? Physician collabs earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants they oversee. You must be licensed in and living in Alabama in order to qualify. Interested in in-home visits as well? Our clinicians provide personalized In-Home Health Evaluations to health plan members. These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member’s home. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation and do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen. Flexible schedule based on your preferences and availability. Additional compensation opportunities via our pay-per-test model (for visits where the health plan member qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests). Malpractice coverage during Signify Health-related assignments.
