The Bill Cole Automall in Bluefield, WV is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The applicant must be a self-motivated professional with proven ability to deliver customer satisfaction and meet sales objectives.

• Support management to increase sales by inspecting vehicles and reporting issues.
• Ensure lot merchandising supports sales goals.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above standards.
• Suggest optional equipment for customers to purchase.
• Communicate price details, including tax and discounts.
• Complete dealership and manufacturer paperwork with sales.
• Research model availability and options; engage in business development.
• Address customer concerns and follow dealership rules.

• Assist in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company and manufacturer standards
• Suggests optional equipment for customer to purchase
• Communicates sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance and discount
• Completes necessary Dealership and Manufacturer paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
• Researches availability of models and options equipment
• Engages in business development
• Addresses customer concerns
• Follows Dealership and Manufacturer rules and regulations
