Responsibilities

• Lead your team to meet all sales objectives.
• Coach each sales professional to excel in their position.
• Guide customers on the lot through the sales process.
• Assist customers in finding vehicles that meet needs using inventory sheets.
• Assist customers with sales applications.
• Support management to increase sales by inspecting vehicles and reporting issues.
• Ensure lot merchandising supports sales goals.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above standards.
• Suggest optional equipment for customers to purchase.
• Communicate price details, including tax and discounts.
• Complete dealership and manufacturer paperwork with sales.
• Research model availability and options; engage in business development.
• Address customer concerns and follow dealership rules.
