Job summary

United States Cold Storage, Inc. in Bethlehem is seeking a full-time warehouse associate to join the Operations team.

You will unload and load trailers, prepare pallets, and ensure pallet stability and product integrity in a cold storage environment, while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, working in temperatures from +50F to -30F, standing for long periods, and communicating effectively with team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with assistance.
• Bend, lift, and move products in a cold storage environment.
• Operate scanners, tablets, radios, and other warehouse devices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load trailers and verify product stacking and pallet integrity.
• Prepare pallets and tape/ stretch-wrap for shipment.
• Ensure all customer product is accounted for and free of infestation.
• Identify damaged product and report shortages or overages.
• Move product to railcars or trailers and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety procedures.
