Job summary

United States Cold Storage is seeking a warehouse associate to support facility operations in a fast-paced cold-storage environment. You will load/unload, pick, palletize, and move product using standard safety procedures while ensuring accuracy and product integrity.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, can lift up to 70 lbs, and adapt to temperatures from +50°F to -30°F. Training is provided; opportunities include benefits after probation and a team-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally with assistance.
• Comfort working in temperatures from +50°F to -30°F.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load trailers and verify proper product stacking.
• Ensure product is accounted for and within temperature range.
• Identify damaged product and report shortages/overages.
• Perform picking and pallet building to ensure stability.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and clamp trucks safely.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and participate in safety training.
