Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC is seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Technician to maintain and repair refrigeration systems across our warehouse network in Atlanta. You will perform operation, repair and adjustment of refrigeration equipment, monitor performance, and ensure safety standards.

Experience with CMMS and HAZMAT training preferred; OSHA standards compliance; physical demands; on-site role with on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years in industrial refrigeration maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot refrigeration systems and perform maintenance per OSHA.
• Preference for RETA, EPA Universal or related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair and adjust refrigeration systems.
• Monitor performance and identify when systems are not operating correctly.
• Replace components with safe LOTO and PSM compliance.
• Maintain and test safety equipment; keep CMMS records.
• Work flexible shifts and on-call as required.
