Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle general warehouse functions including receiving, put-away, replenishments, and order selection in a fast-paced environment. You will scan and log items, verify shipment details, and communicate issues to supervisors.

The role requires the ability to work in freezer and cooler environments with safety as a priority. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, operating RF equipment, and using forklifts or pallet jacks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in freezer, cooler and dry warehouse environments.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with supervision, management and co-workers.
• Requires ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple notes.

Responsibilities

• Receive pallets and ensure they meet defined requirements.
• Enter/scan LPN, catch-weight, MFD and expiration into the warehouse system using RF equipment.
• Record counts and weights against bills of lading and invoices.
• Operate MHE such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
