Job summary

Greco and Sons, Inc. is hiring for a warehouse associate responsible for all general warehouse functions including loading, unloading, put-away, replenishments, and order picking when qualified.

The role requires working in freezer, cooler and dry areas with extreme temperatures and strict adherence to PWMs and safety rules. Key duties include accurate LPN and date entry into the WMS using RF devices, verifying counts against bills of lading, inspecting for damage, and reporting variances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Material handling equipment certification required or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments; perform put-away, replenishments, picks and product selection when qualified.
• Enter/scan LPN, catch-weight, manufacture date, expiration date into WMS using RF equipment.
• Verify item counts and weights against bills of lading and invoices.
• Inspect for shortages, damage, or quality issues; report to supervisor.
• Record OS&D events and monitor temperature in cooler/freezer per PWMs.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely; maintain clean work areas and proper warehouse locations.
