Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking a warehouse associate to perform loading, unloading, receiving, put-away, replenishments, and order selection in freezer, cooler and dry environments. You will operate MHE including forklifts, scan items with RF equipment, and ensure accuracy of records against bills of lading and invoices.

Responsibilities emphasize safety, quality, inventory integrity, and adherence to PWMs.

Qualifications

• Must pass a functional capacity test.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Able to read, write and communicate with supervision and colleagues.
• Experience with pallet handling and lifting up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive pallets and verify against defined requirements.
• Enter/scan license plate number, catch-weight, dates into WMS with RF equipment.
• Record quantities and weights against bills of lading and invoices.
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks safely and maintain clean work areas.
