Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Basic knowledge of WMS and inventory control procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy objects in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Associate degree or higher preferred in logistics or related field.
• Experience with WMS software, barcode scanning, and forklift operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan labor and schedules to meet throughput goals with extended shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Enforce no-fault attendance policy consistently across all shifts.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff for development and performance.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, procurement, and customer service to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels, quality control, and KPIs to guide staffing decisions.
