Job summary

CJ Logistics America is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor (Cold Storage) for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 3:30pm–12:00am) to lead a team at the Logistics Center. The role emphasizes coaching, safety, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive shift plans, oversee performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong commitment to safety and a safe work environment.
• 1–3 years of experience supervising others; proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage the workforce to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Coordinate daily shift activities and communicate priorities to the team.
• Coach and develop employees; provide timely performance feedback.
• Support inventory control, audits, and maintenance scheduling.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
