You will service dock equipment, building systems, and material handling gear to support time-sensitive freight. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial maintenance, basic electrical/mechanical knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot independently in cold storage environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of facility maintenance experience in industrial or warehouse settings.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently.
• Comfortable working in cold storage environments (refrigerated and freezer conditions).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair dock doors, levelers, seals, and restraints.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems.
• Perform concrete repairs and rack adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues with timely repairs.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized repairs when required.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance; conduct daily walkthroughs.
