Job summary

Triple Temp Cold Storage LLC in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced industrial maintenance technician to keep our cold storage facility running at peak efficiency. You will perform preventive maintenance on racking systems and refrigeration equipment, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial and warehouse maintenance, familiarity with safety standards, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with troubleshooting and repair of automated equipment.
• 3–5 years of warehouse maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Safety/OSHA awareness and safe work practices.
• Background in preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment and racking systems following diagrams and manuals; troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Locate source of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
• Maintain the care and upkeep of the building, racking and refrigeration systems as qualified.
• Identify maintenance needs by coordinating with management and personnel; document issues and actions.
• Resolve maintenance problems by conferring with management and implementing corrective actions.
• Follow safety procedures to protect employees and visitors; participate in training.
• Be willing to obtain Lock-Out/Tag-Out, Fall Protection and Confined Space Entry certifications.
• Other related duties as assigned.
