Job summary

NewCold is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to head the maintenance team ensuring efficient, safe operation of warehouse equipment. You will plan and perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, cranes, refrigeration systems and other mechanical assets, while coordinating with planners and management to minimize downtime.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance, hands-on experience with conveyors, cranes and electrical systems, and the ability to work in cold freezer

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial maintenance.
• Knowledge of conveyors, cranes, MHE and doors.
• Experience with low/high voltage electrical systems (480V, 3-phase).
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in cold freezer.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations.
• Maintain equipment per supplier guidelines and perform planned preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with planners, system operators and management on downtime and work priorities.
• Report and track maintenance issues using maintenance software.
