Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a cold storage setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with warehouse management systems.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments: Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Documentation: Accurately document received goods, including product codes, quantities, and conditions.
• Quality control: Report discrepancies or damaged items to the warehouse supervisor.
• Inventory management: Update inventory records in the warehouse management system.
• Coordination: Work closely with the receiving team to ensure efficient unloading and storage of goods.
• Order verification: Check and verify outgoing shipments against customer orders and packing lists.
• Documentation: Ensure all shipping documents are complete and accurate.
• Quality control: Inspect outgoing products for damage and accuracy.
• Coordination: Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
• Inventory management: Update inventory records and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
