Qualifications

• Experience in pick-and-pack within a distribution, fulfillment, or e-commerce warehouse.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a 0–40°F environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate pick-and-pack operations to fulfill orders.
• Maintain safety-first mindset in a cold warehouse environment.
• Restock racks and support daily workflows.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain productivity.
• Use WMS and RF scanners to track inventory and fulfill orders.
• Adapt to changing priorities and start times.
