Job summary

You will pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners, maintain FEFO inventory, and assist with loading while upholding food safety and cold-chain standards.

This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in sub-zero conditions with PPE.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operations.
• Experience in frozen or refrigerated warehousing preferred.
• Familiarity with RF scanners, WMS systems, and pallet handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
• Ability to work in sub-zero environments with proper PPE.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable in fast paced operations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products using RF scanners and verify quantities before packing.
• Maintain inventory by replenishing pick slots and reporting discrepancies.
• Stage completed orders and assist with trailer loading, ensuring correct counts.
• Follow food safety, OSHA, and cold storage procedures and operate pallet jacks safely.
