Job summary

Paleovalley and Wild Pastures is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Marysville, CA to support our fulfillment operations. You will perform pick-and-pack tasks, maintain accuracy, and help ensure our products reach customers on time in a temperature-controlled facility.

You will work with WMS and RF scanners, lift up to 50 pounds, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced, mission-driven warehouse environment aligned with our sustainability and real-food commitments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on pick-and-pack experience in distribution/fulfillment/e-commerce warehouse.
• Ability to work safely in a temperature-controlled warehouse (0–40°F).
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with WMS, RF scanners, and inventory tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate pick-and-pack operations to ensure correct products arrive on time.
• Maintain safety in a temperature-controlled warehouse (0–40°F).
• Support packing, restocking, and order pulling to keep workflows smooth.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Double-check orders and handle products with care to uphold quality standards.
• Use warehouse systems to track inventory movement and fulfillment.
• Stay productive, ask questions when unsure, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations daily.
• Contribute to a reliable warehouse operation customers depend on.
