Job summary

Americold is seeking a technically skilled maintenance technician to perform routine maintenance, repair, and calibration of refrigeration systems across our warehouse network. You will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and replace components while adhering to lockout/tagout procedures and safety standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of industrial refrigeration experience or 3 years in industrial maintenance with relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair refrigeration systems throughout the warehouse.
• Monitor performance and identify when systems are not operating correctly.
• Replace components following lockout/tagout procedures and standards.
• Test, calibrate, and evaluate equipment performance for safety and specs.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Work flexible shifts and on-call as needed.
