Job summary

Dreisbach Enterprises in Richmond, CA is seeking Facility Maintenance Technicians to support our cold storage facility. You will perform building maintenance across electrical, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry tasks, troubleshoot equipment, and help ensure safe, efficient operations.

Join our engineering team to conduct routine and preventative maintenance, operate a range of hand and power tools, and contribute to a clean, organized work environment while meeting safety standards and company

Qualifications

Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and multi-task.
Operate power tools, motorized pallet-jacks and warehouse equipment.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Promote a safe work environment and follow safety rules.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems under supervision.
Perform basic carpentry tasks such as repairing doors and windows.
Assist with painting and general facility upkeep.
Operate hand and power tools listed, and tools/equipment as required.
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Report safety hazards or concerns to management promptly.
