Job summary

RealCold is seeking an e-commerce team member to support order fulfillment in a cold storage environment. You will pull, pack, and ship orders accurately using our e-commerce and warehouse management systems, collaborating with teammates to ensure timely deliveries.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility to work weekends and evenings in a facility with cold temperatures. Training will be provided and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture; work safely as the #1 priority.
• Select products according to tickets and place them in boxes for shipments.
• Effectively label packages as fragile or perishable for shipment.
• Assemble daily shipments by order location and category.
• Ensure orders are packed into appropriate shipping containers for customer delivery.
• Inspect products as packing to ensure there is no damage.
• Perform quality control assessments and stack them safely and securely.
• Build and stack boxes.
• Perform other assigned duties as instructed.
