RealCold in East Hanover, NJ, is seeking an e-Commerce Team Member to support our growing online business. You will accurately pull, pack, and ship orders using our e-commerce and warehouse management systems, working closely with teammates to ensure timely, safe delivery.

The role emphasizes safety, accurate packaging, and proactive communication. Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma, be proficient in English, and ideally have WMS experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• WMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull and pack orders accurately for shipment.
• Label packages clearly as fragile or perishable.
• Assemble daily shipments by order location and category.
• Ensure orders fit into shipping containers and are undamaged.
• Perform quality control and safe stacking.
• Interact with team to maintain a positive work environment.
